Day 01:
Arrival Delhi
Arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport - Delhi followed
by a traditional welcome rituals and transfer to hotel.
Delhi - Delhi is a fast growing capital city of India. Being the
centre of political activities from many centuries, it has been
gifted with many architectural marvels by several rulers. A
perfect potpourri of varied cultures, it is a fascinating blend
of modernity and tradition. The rich cultural and historical
heritage of Delhi makes it a very interesting city to explore.
 
Day 02:
Delhi
Post breakfast; proceed for the sightseeing tour of Delhi
extensivelycovering both Old and New Delhi.
Visit the monuments of New Delhi covering Qutab Minar,
Humayun's Tomb that are testimonies of the bygone era and also
visit Baha'i Lotus Temple.
Lunch at local restaurant. Proceed towards Old Delhi exploring
the narrow lanes of famous Chandni Chowk and photo-stop at Red
Fort.
Drive past the magnificent buildings built during British Raj
like India Gate, the President's House and Parliament House.
Enjoy Cultural Dance Show in the evening showcasing various
classical performances of different states of India.
Over night stay at Delhi.
 
Day 03:
Delhi - Jaipur (260 km, approx 5-6 hour drive)
After breakfast continue by road to Jaipur. On arrival,
check-in to hotel. Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan is the
perfect place to commence your discovery of Rajasthan's
multifaceted attractions.
Evening at leisure to discover local markets on own.
Over night stay at Jaipur.
Jaipur is the capital city of a state that could be
called the land of Maharajas. The first planned city of India,
it boasts of being a bustling city of Rajasthan known for the
riots of color. It has many palatial structures such as City
palace and Hawa Mahal, mostly built by Rajput rulers. The city
is also an important commercial hub and is very famous for its
buzzing bazaars.
 
Day 04:
Jaipur
After Breakfast proceed to Amber Fort on Elephant back
ascending and return by Jeep.
Further visit the Maharajas' City Palace to view the
fascinating textiles gallery in Mubarak Mahal, the Sarvatobhadra
(Hall of Private Audience) with the two famous Gangajallis
(Silver Urns to carry Ganga River water), the colorful courtyard
of Chandra Mahal with its Peacock Gate and the "Diwan-i-Am"
Art Gallery that houses some of the most famous Mughal and
Rajasthani miniature paintings. Stepping out of the City Palace
we will visit the Astronomical Observatory that is largest one
built by the founder of Jaipur, Sawai Jai Singh.
All except one of its astronomical instruments are still
functional. Drive past Hawa Mahal for photo-stop.
Over night stay at Jaipur.
Day 05:
Jaipur - Ranthambhor (180 km, approx 4 hour drive)
After breakfast, drive to Ranthambhore. This is one of the
finest places to view animals, especially as they are used to
being stared at here. Check-in to the wildlife resort. Afternoon
enjoy jeep safari inside the park.
Ranthambhore National Park - Ranthambhore, the only dry
deciduous tiger habitat in world, is situated in Sawai Madhopur
district of Rajasthan. Bounded by river Chambal in the South and
river Banas in the North, it is one of the important Project
tiger reserves in India. It is bestowed with a wide array of
flora and fauna. It boasts of densely forested regions, large
lakes and historical monuments.
Over night stay at Ranthambhore.
Day 06:
In Ranthambhor
Morning and afternoon enjoy Jeep Safari inside the park. There
are many ruins of bygone eras scattered all over the jungle,
which give it a unique, wonderful and mixed flavors of nature,
history and wildlife.
Ranthambhore National Park - Ranthambhore, the only dry
deciduous tiger habitat in world, is situated in Sawai Madhopur
district of Rajasthan. Bounded by river Chambal in the South and
river Banas in the North, it is one of the important Project
tiger reserves in India. It is bestowed with a wide array of
flora and fauna. It boasts of densely forested regions, large
lakes and historical monuments.
Over night stay at Ranthambhore.
Day 07:
Ranthambhor - Bharatpur
After breakfast, drive to Agra. En-route visit Bharatpur Bird
Sanctuary, proceed further to Agra by train. On arrival at the
railway station you will be met the representative and
transferred to the hotel.
Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary - Also known as Keoladeo
national park, Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is regarded as one of
the best bird sanctuaries in the world. Spread over an area 29
square kilometers, it houses over 400 species of unique, exotic
and rare birds including indigenous as well as migratory water
birds.
Over night stay at Agra.
Day 08:
Agra - Umaria
After breakfast, proceed for city tour visiting the marvelous
Taj Mahal. Built entirely out of pristine marble, Taj Mahal is
an architectural marvel with beautiful carvings, magnificent
domes and marble screens.
It is a mausoleum erected by Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan, in
fond memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaj Mahal.
Drive to the Red Fort of Agra where we will visit Emperor
Akbar's and his grandson Emperor Shahjahan's palaces. In evening
explore the local handicrafts markets of Agra.
Evening: Transfer to the railway station to board train for
Umaria.
Overnight on board. Taj Mahal.
 
Day 09:
Day 09: Umaria - Bandhavgarh
On arrival at the Umaria railway station you will be met by the
representative and transferred to Bandhavgarh located among the
Vindhya hills of Madhya Pradesh. Bhandavgarh National Park was
the former hunting preserve of the Maharaja of Rewa and at
present is a famous natural hub for White Tigers.
Check-into the wildlife resorts. After fresh-up proceed for
tour of National park.
Bandhavgarh National Park - Situated at a distance of 197 Km
away north-east of Jabalpur, Bandhavgarh National is a famous
national park known for Royal Bengal Tigers. It is one of the
finest national parks in the India and harbor the highest
concentration of tigers per unit area of forest.
Over night stay at Bhandavgarh.
Day 10:
In Bandhavgarh
After breakfast, explore the National Park. The inhabitants of
the National park include the Muntajac, Jungle Cat, Ratel,
Jyena, Porcupine, the Rhesus Macaque and the back-faced Langur
and about 150 species of birds.
The park also has numerous ancient caves and rock shelters,
with shrines and inscriptions.
Bandhavgarh National Park - Situated at a distance of 197 Km
away north-east of Jabalpur, Bandhavgarh National is a famous
national park known for Royal Bengal Tigers. It is one of the
finest national parks in the India and harbor the highest
concentration of tigers per unit area of forest.
Later visit the famous Bandhavgarh fort.
Over night stay at Bandhavgarh.
