Day 01:
Arrival at Delhi
You will be welcomed by our company representative at Delhi
International airport. Transfer to hotel, relax and unwind.
Delhi - Delhi is a fast growing capital city of India. Being the
centre of political activities from many centuries, it has been
gifted with many architectural marvels by several rulers. A
perfect potpourri of varied cultures, it is a fascinating blend
of modernity and tradition. The rich cultural and historical
heritage of Delhi makes it a very interesting city to explore.
 
Day 02:
Delhi
Post breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing tour of Delhi
extensively covering both Old and New Delhi.
Visit the monuments like Red Fort, Qutab Minar and Jantar Mantar
that are testimonies of the bygone era.
Explore the narrow lanes of famous Chandni Chowk on a cycle
rickshaw and enjoy the street food it is renowned for.
Delhi - Delhi, the capital city of India, is one of the most
important administration, commercial and tourist destinations of
India. Witness to the rise and fall of many dynasties, it has
several monuments, each one being an imprint of the character of
the specific ruler. The city is a perfect blend of past and
present and could be called as a city of contrasts. Delhi is
cosmopolitan in nature which is quite visible in its culture,
traditions, cuisine and lifestyle of its people.

Day 03:
Delhi - Agra (By road)
After relishing a hearty breakfast, drive to Agra.
On the way to Agra visit Mughal Fort of Sikandra, the last
resting place of Mughal Emperor Akbar.
On arrival, transfer to hotel.
Overnight stay will be in Agra.
Agra - Agra is a medieval city situated in Uttar
Pradesh. Home to the edifice that exemplifies the true essence
of love and passion, the Taj Mahal, it attracts many tourists
from all across the world. The city has a very vibrant culture.
It also has many other archeological marvels such as Agra Fort,
Itmad-ud-daulah, Chini-ka-rauza, Jama Masjid and Akbar's
Mausoleum that adds to it charm. The city also offers
scrumptious Mughlai cuisine.
Day 04:
Agra
Later at sunset, proceed to visit the marvelous Taj Mahal.Built
entirely out of pristine marble, Taj Mahal is an architectural
marvel with beautiful carvings, magnificent domes and marble
screens. It is a mausoleum erected by Mughal Emperor, Shah
Jahan, in fond memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaj Mahal.
Also visit the Agra Fort. It lies at a distance of 11 km from
Jaipur and is an excellent example of Rajput style of
architecture. The construction of the fort was started by Raja
Man Singh I in 1592 and was completed by Raja Jai Singh I.
Overnight stay will be in Agra.
 
Day 05:
Agra - Jaipur (By road)
After breakfast, depart for Jaipur by road. In the way visit
the abandoned capital city of Mughals, Fatehpur Sikri. Built by
Emperor Akbar in 1569, it was deserted by Mughals following the
paucity of water. The city has a large number of monuments and
temples built in a uniform architectural style.
On arrival transfer to hotel. Night stay in Jaipur.
Day 06:
Jaipur
After enjoying the sumptuous breakfast, visit the imposing
Amber Fort. Enjoy the Elephant ride while ascending to the
hilltop fort.
Amber Fort is a magnificent fort constructed by Raja Man
Singh in 1592. It lies at a distance of 11 km from Jaipur and is
an excellent example of Rajput style of architecture. The
construction of the fort was started by Raja Man Singh I in 1592
and was completed by Raja Jai Singh I. The beautiful image of
the fort on the glittering waters of the lake is really
spectacular and mesmerizing.
City Palace- Constructed by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh of
Kachhawaha clan of Rajputs, the imposing palace is built mostly
of red sandstone. The City Palace is a huge complex and inside
its huge walls, it has a series of courtyards, lush gardens and
buildings. A part of the palace still makes home to the former
Maharaja. It is a perfect example of Rajasthani and Mughal
manner of architecture.
Jantar Mantar- It is the largest observatory in the
world built by Maharaja Jai Singh II between 1727 and 1733. It
has a collection of complex astronomical instruments providing
accurate information till date.
Hawa Mahal- It is a pink colored five storey building
built by Maharaja Pratap Singh in 1799. The palace has 953 small
windows decorated with lattice work to serve the ladies of royal
family to watch processions and several activities taking place
on the streets below.
Night stay in Jaipur.
Day 07:
Jaipur - Bundi (By road)
Post breakfast drive to Bundi.
On arrival at Bundi, transfer to hotel.
Later visit Taragarh Fort, Bundi Palace, Chhattar Mahal, Ratan
Daulat, Nawal Sagar Lake, Raniji - ki - Baori.
Spend evening at leisure.
Overnight stay in Bundi.
 
Day 08:
Bundi
After breakfast, visit the nearby tribal villages of Bundi.
Also visit Jai Sagar Lake, and Rameshwaram cave.
Spend evening at leisure in the hotel.
Night stay in Bundi.
Day 09:
Bundi - Bijaipur (By road)
After breakfast depart for Bijaipur.
On way visit fort Bijolia in Bijlai.
On arrival at Bijaipur, transfer to hotel.
Later enjoy the jeep or horse safari to Menal water falls and
explore the nearby tribal villages.
Night stay will be in Bijaipur.
Day 10:
Bijaipur - Chittaurgarh (By road)
Post breakfast, depart for Chittaurgarh & transfer to
hotel.
Check in at hotel.
Later proceed for an excursion to Chittaurgarh Fort- The
edifice that is a silent testimony of Rajput valor and chivalry.
Spend evening at leisure.
Night stay at Chittaurgarh. |
